Sky Bet Chase Tips and Betting Offers, 3:15pm at Doncaster, Saturday 26th January 2019
This weekend’s big highlight is the Sky Bet Chase at Doncaster, where Alan King is chasing more glory. He’s won two of his last three outings here, and he heads into Saturday’s renewal boasting the favourite in the betting. Can the trainer extend his good run here, or will we see a surprise winner emerge from the field? Ahead of the Sky Bet Chase, here is our rundown of the main contenders and our latest betting tips.

Sky Bet Chase Betting Tips and Free Bets
Odds correct at the time of writing.
- Warriors Tale To Win at 7/1 with Ladbrokes
- Federici Each Way at 20/1 with bet365
The clear frontrunner for this one is Dingo Dollar, trained by King. He’s got a strong record behind him in recent times, but the fact that he’s entered into two races at the same meeting is obvious cause for concern. We aren’t exactly crazy about his price, as he comes into this one at 11/4 with Betfred. While his trainer has previous here, we don’t think his streak will continue. Dingo Dollar is followed by O O Seven, a 5/1 shot with 888Sport. However, we aren’t all that enthused about his chances here, and we feel like there are bigger priced options that we’d rather go after.
Sky Bet Chase Betting Tip To Win
Instead, we’re looking at a slightly longer odds pick for this weekend’s race. Warrior’s Tale was close to winning this race last year, but Paul Nicholl’s charge came just short. He did grab a victory just last month, winning the Grand Sefton Handicap Chase at Aintree, and now he’s priced up well for another crack at victory at Doncaster, as he looks to go one better than last year. Nicholls is going after his first win since 2009 at this race, and Warrior’s Tale seems like his best contender for glory. We see him taking the form he showed just a month ago and making another strong run out of the SkyBet Chase. On top of that, he comes into this race priced up at 7/1 with Ladbrokes, which is some excellent value as far as we’re concerned.
Sky Bet Chase Each-way Betting Tip
On top of our main pick, we’ve also found a slightly longer-odds option from this field. We think that outsider Federici will be a contender this weekend, after a decent showing at Aintree last month. A decent fifth place finish here last year is something he can improve on, and since that outing he’s had a few strong runs. While he may not break out in front, we certainly see the outsider having the potential to place here. We think that Federici will be in the running, defying odds of 20/1 with bet365. At that price – and with bet365 offering some decent each-way returns – we think that going for the Donald McCain-trained runner represents good value ahead of this race.
